ORDERING 

Can I make modifications to my order after it has been placed? 

Due to the automated nature of the manufacturer’s fulfillment process, modifications and changes to an order are not always possible.

All requests for changes must be submitted in writing via the contact form HERE

Changes are only possible if the order has not yet entered the production stage. Most orders enter the production stages within a few hours of being invoiced.

Can I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, we recommend doing so within 1-2 business hours of the order being placed.

Orders can be cancelled if:

  • They have not yet been invoiced by the print on demand manufacturer. 
  • They have been invoiced, but have not yet entered production (this usually happens within a few hours of being invoiced)

SHIPPING

Where is my t-shirt being shipped from?

Your product is designed, custom printed, and manufactured in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. 

Is express shipping available? 

Yes! Add “express shipping” at the checkout. All shipping methods that do-not have the word Express in it will be sent via Standard Post.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  

Below are delivery estimates depending on the shipping method selected at checkout:

STANDARD SHIPPING

8-15 business days to most metro areas in Australia
 8-20 business days to non-metro areas in Australia

EXPRESS SHIPPING

5-12 business days to most metro areas in Australia
 5-15 business days to non-metro areas in Australia

What if my parcel is lost? 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. All requests for lost parcels must be submitted in writing via the contact form HERE

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Can I return because of change of mind? 

Due to the custom nature of each item we print, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to

  • Customer prefers another sizing
  • Customer ordered the wrong colour or design

What if I pick the wrong size?

Please take care in choosing the correct size for your order, as we cannot exchange or return any product without defect due to the wrong size being ordered. We are a boutique design brand that uses print on demand manufacturing we don’t have a range of sizes available as we don’t bulk print orders for sustainability, which means the t-shirt is not printed until the order is made.

Please double check sizing by referring to the sizing chart displayed on the product page before placing your order.
 
 What if my product is defective?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. 
 If an item needs to be returned, due to being defective please submit a request in writing via the contact form HERE

Please be aware that Bourizk Design may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. Contact us to find the correct address to ship your defective product to via the contact form HERE
